How do I care for the vest?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron. Lay flat to air dry. This preserves the far-infrared panels and extends the life of your vest.

How long does shipping take?
We offer free standard shipping to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for $9.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the United States only. International shipping will be available soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when your country becomes available.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@shop-nuvira.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving the item back.
